Refund Policy
We want you to love your Dino Fun purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, email us at support@dinofuntoys.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a return shipping label to download and print. A $3 label fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 21 days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear on your statement.
There are no restocking fees.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that are damaged due to misuse, missing parts not due to our error, or returned more than 14 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@dinofuntoys.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return required.
